One of the premier undergraduate business colleges in the United States, the Terry College of Business operates multiple programs that are routinely ranked in the top 10 by industry publications such as U.S. News & World Report. In addition to offering dozens of majors to undergraduate, graduate, and executive students, the college stands out for its specialized research centers and institutes.

One of Terry College of Business’ most prominent institutes is the Institute for Leadership Advancement (ILA). Founded in 2001, the institute works to develop leaders who express values such as integrity, responsibility, and purpose. To accomplish this, it maintains several programs open to UGA students. For example, the Leadership Fellows initiative is a year-long program that offers courses alongside service-learning opportunities to any student at UGA.

Another notable ILA program is the Leonard Leadership Scholars program. Open to all Terry College of Business students, the two-year program combines service-learning, extracurricular activities, and cutting-edge courses to mold future service-oriented leaders in the business community.
